At Comfort Through Cancer, every product is chosen with care to support comfort and well-being. Because many of our items are personal use products, we are only able to accept returns under very limited circumstances.

Returns Accepted For
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns Not Accepted
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Personalized items, digital downloads, gift cards, or items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or confirmation from our supplier), we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times can vary depending on banks, credit card companies, and our fulfillment partners.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to:
• Items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
• Digital products (such as downloads) once accessed

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, at your own cost.
